Okay so it rained and the wind is kind of cold

Like that I don’t need to do cold compress for my fever.

I let the fever burn first until it gets intolerable or inconvenient, then I take medication and then I sit in the cold winds.

I noticed as well that walking in the drizzle actually helped relieve the feverish symptoms for a while. It was just the walking that was intolerable.

I love feeling the wind on my skin.

Oh, I mentioned winters and got a very high fever at night

That means I have to live in the eternal summer. That’s a t-shirt from Uniqlo.

It also seems counterproductive, but I always don’t turn on the fan when I have high fever. They say fevers are meant to burn some stuff away.

Or maybe I just underwent pasteurization last night for eating expired yogurt. Which kind of makes sense because the cough mixture I took had anti-bacterial agents, and I immediately felt better after taking cough syrup.

One wonders if it is possible to control temperatures of fevers so that it is a mini-cleansing, since fevers are not local.

Of course, the only way to certify if this is true is for me to eat expired yogurt again.

I would hesitate, because the fever last night reminded me of the high fever experience I had outfield while camping during National Service. Yes, it was that horrible.

Maybe if I took a smaller portion of expired yogurt then the fever wouldn’t be so horrible, because the portion I had taken was two rice bowl’s.

I used to take anti-oxidant tablets to try detox, but hated it because they always give me a mini fever.

Okay I think I need to go out often, because my room gives me a chill.

Unfortunately, my attempt at going back to the original workplace fell through

Plus, stuff happened so much I don’t think I can want to work as hard anymore. Can someone read the book on my behalf?

That said, I don’t lend books to just anyone. Because I know some don’t treasure stuff like these. If they will treasure it, they would have some similar stuff already.

Living in Smart Cities works very well with anyone doing Facility Management. It is a little dry and difficult to read.

I also have David Aaker and Wally Olins. Because I had also applied for brand consultancies and tried very, very hard for brand management positions.

My copy of Cutting Edge Advertising and Emil Ruder are with an art class classmate, whom I am certain, will keep them carefully. Just as I have an art teacher’s book on Henry Moore that she had lent me. She had left for America then.

I shall just have fun.

Saints, Scholars, and Schizophrenics: Haven’t read this; maybe I should force an acquaintance of mine to read on my behalf

It reminds me of William Pollack, of Real Boys. The opposite to that is something about Reviving Ophelia. I had read the former myself in high school, because I was often told I’m not allowed to cry, but found it impossible.

I noticed that the description in the second review on the back somewhat mirrors what one would say about Singapore since it underwent rapid changes as the economy modernized itself at lightning speed. Hence I got a copy.

I think Jakarta and Bangkok would say Singapore went very, very fast in its journey to mature economy. Change management practitioners have the same issue.

In choosing what books to purchase on health issues, which path of inquiry to follow, I actually utilized my knowledge from the discipline of marketing. I suspect I think like this because I had read an old book at my first university that explained the Philosophy of the Comprehensive University as a centre of inquiry and research. Which is also to say, the rabbit you chase is just as important as the rabbit hole you decide to travel down in pursuit of the rabbit.

Thankfully for Spotify

I could listen to Stromae, because I had read about him on NYT a long long time ago.

But then no one said I have a keen ear for melodious accents. Especially when I like both German and French. For a time when I first returned to Singapore, I found Singlish accents really funny.

Just as an aside: Beauty World is supposed to be a place for cabarets 😉 They are all supposed to be selling insurance with Blue Riders around the area. You just don’t see any Cora Frost in the making, unfortunately. Maybe if I asked for my ex-boss and his friends to do a jingle it might be possible. But he would need to get a permit.

Because it’s CNY and I no longer have much use for getting apple, even though I still like their stuff

Randomly assembled in Singapore. Designed in China. Inspired by Steve Jobs; albeit I only noticed the similarities after I got the pants
Yes, I have heard of the place in France. The pants was $19.90. It was 2 for $35, so I got two. I was once severely scolded in school for wanting a t-shirt that cost over $20 because a classmate had it

Sur, sorry Sur, I know you didnt mention any prizes, but I think I should get the “Best Apple fan boy Award”.

Savage Garden?

The whole of Affirmation sounds so familiar…. And Instagram seems to go along with that as well. Same for Google Suggest, which is why I keep thinking the data connection was hacked.

It says a lot about my inability to understand lyrics and music in general. I need to connect emotionally to understand.

I guess that makes me an adolescent.

It makes me want to visit the Australian High Commission. It is both funny and shocking. Or, where is Tim Huxley?

Noticed the deconditioning is worse than I had thought

I just kept walking, like a whisky ad said I should, and it was terrible because I kept feeling out of breath and kind of dizzy. Though the latter could be due to the medication.

This means I have to lessen the vigour of my exercises and spread them out a little. And possibly watch the diet since the lessened vigour will mean lower caloric consumption during exercise.
