  1. Adept at wine appreciation and food pairing
  2. Adept at arts appreciation both visual and performing; able to discuss intelligently
  3. Adept at networking
  4. Adept at project management
  5. Adept at understanding cultural differences and requirements; mediation skills required
  6. Some legal knowledge: local and transnational
  7. Some trades knowledge: able to converse and build rapport with both lowbrow and highbrow cultures
  8. Self-driven and very independent
  9. Ability to maintain confidentiality
