Set the timer for cooking.
Then I went to exercise, while waiting for the beeps.
(I mean… Mother used to do this for me in a different way: she would wake very early to cook half-boiled eggs when I was in primary school. So now I just precook some of the stuff for the next day.)
Or maybe it wasn’t that way; maybe it was because I wanted a short exercise, that I set the timer to cook, so that I could exercise.
After all, the timer sets the duration of the exercise. This then allows me to watch the food being cooked, in case something happens.
The sweet potato turned out badly, though.
It does save time, but it also means the exercise has to be easy enough, so that you can watch the cooking.
I learned about the timer in cooking from an American, and an art class classmate.
